This restriction applies whether bankruptcy-related assistance is requested on its own or arises as part of a broader civil, foreclosure, real-estate, eviction, contract, or other document-preparation matter. Bankruptcy-related work will not be included in any service package, engagement, or document-preparation assignment.
Anyone who needs assistance with an existing or potential bankruptcy matter should promptly consult a licensed bankruptcy attorney or another provider legally authorized to provide bankruptcy assistance.

How the Process Works
For eligible non-bankruptcy estate-planning matters, you provide your information and instructions in writing (via an intake worksheet). We then type, format, and assemble your packet for your review. You approve the final version before you use or sign any document. We do not accept or assist with any estate-planning document intended for use in a bankruptcy case or proceeding.
Our Role
Our role is document preparation and administrative support for eligible non-bankruptcy estate-planning documents—helping you get paperwork organized, formatted, and ready for your review. You remain responsible for document choices, legal sufficiency, execution (signing/notarization/witnessing), and outcomes. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney. We do not accept, prepare, review, or assist with any document connected to a bankruptcy filing, case, court, trustee, creditor, or proceeding.
Ready to get started with an eligible non-bankruptcy estate-planning matter? Contact Clearpoint Strategy to request an intake worksheet and begin assembling your estate-planning paperwork. Bankruptcy-related requests will be declined, no payment will be accepted for bankruptcy work, and the person will be encouraged to consult a licensed bankruptcy attorney.
